Web Design.

Modern, fast websites, designed and built from scratch, then connected to the systems that turn a visitor into a customer.

What this covers

Built from scratch, not from a template.

Every site is designed and coded directly, not assembled from a page builder or a recycled theme. That means the design fits the business rather than the other way around: real photography instead of stock, real copy instead of placeholder text, and layouts built around the actual content, not a generic template's assumptions about it.

Dark mode and light mode are handled properly rather than bolted on, animation is used to guide attention rather than decorate for its own sake, and every site is built mobile-first since that's where most visitors actually arrive.

How I build

Fast, findable, and ready to connect.

Performance and SEO aren't an afterthought bolted on before launch. Semantic HTML, proper page titles and meta descriptions, structured data, and clean fast-loading code are part of the build from day one, not a separate pass at the end.

Because I also build the CRM and automation side, a site I design is built ready to connect, enquiry forms that feed straight into Zoho, tracking that shows which pages actually generate leads, and a structure that a search engine or an AI assistant can understand and recommend. A web designer who hands you a finished site and a CRM consultant who receives your leads later are usually two different people. Here, they're the same person, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.

Where you've seen this

Real sites, not mockups.

Cora Home Services is a full marketplace site built on Next.js with a Zoho CRM backend behind it. Charles Thomas Real Estate pairs a premium brand site with an automated CRM underneath. Newton-in-Cartmel Village Hall shows the opposite end of the spectrum: a site designed to be run for years by a volunteer committee with zero coding knowledge. Los Dragos Padel is a pre-launch brand site built to sell a club that doesn't physically exist yet.

Common questions

What people usually ask.

Do you use a website builder or CMS?

No. Every site is coded directly rather than assembled from a template or CMS theme, which is why the design fits the business rather than a template's assumptions about it.

Will the site work well on mobile?

Yes. Every site is built mobile-first since that's where most visitors actually arrive, rather than adapted afterwards from a desktop layout.

Can the website connect to Zoho CRM if I need that later?

Yes. Even when a project starts as web design only, sites are built ready to connect enquiry forms and lead data into Zoho CRM whenever that becomes useful.

What happens after the site launches?

Ongoing support, hosting, and further development are scoped per project rather than assumed upfront, so it's worth discussing during the initial conversation what you'll need afterwards.
