Los Dragos Padel.
A brand born on a padel holiday, turned into a club website, a content engine across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and a planned Zoho CRM to run the club from opening day.
Visit live site →A holiday joke that outgrew itself.
Los Dragos started in Marbella in 2025 as a name for a group of mates on a padel holiday. It stayed alive as a logo and a couple of shirts long after the holiday ended, because the group kept playing and kept wearing the kit.
When a colleague decided to build a real padel club in Limassol, Cyprus, and bring the Los Dragos name with her, a holiday brand needed to become a real one fast. That meant a proper website, a believable identity, and an audience already warmed up before a single court was built.
A pre-launch site built to sell a place that doesn't exist yet.
With the club still under construction, the site's job was to sell the vision, not a finished building. A countdown to the November 2026 opening sits at the top, backed by a clear breakdown of what's coming. Three panoramic glass courts, coaching for every level, a café and social terrace, and a pro shop carrying the club's own Hydra racket line.
A dedicated section covers padel holidays aimed at UK clubs, pairing court time with hotel stays and coaching, since tourists and travelling groups are as much a target audience as local members. A founding story section gives the brand real weight. It names the original group from that Marbella holiday and how it grew into a club with backing in Cyprus.
Every path to a booking, covered.
The site routes different visitors to what they actually need. A register-your-interest form captures future members and founding-rate signups ahead of opening. Separate calls to action cover kit and racket enquiries, corporate event interest, and UK club partnerships. That way a hotel concierge, a corporate events buyer, and a padel obsessive all land somewhere useful instead of one generic contact box. Live bookings will run through Playtomic once the courts open, the same platform used across the wider padel world.
A blog and FAQ round out the site, with coaching content like bandeja technique and racket selection sitting alongside practical opening-day questions. The copy is written for four audiences at once: tourists arriving through hotel referrals, expats and international residents, local Cyprus players after a serious home court, and corporate clients booking team days, so the same site sells the club four different ways depending on who's reading.
A racket and a kit range, tied back to the brand.
Two physical products carry Los Dragos beyond the courts. The Hydra is the club's own all-carbon racket, 38mm thick and 360g, built with EVA Black Technology and positioned as built for players who refuse to settle. Alongside it sits a kit range across three colourways, designed to work as everyday wear as much as club kit. Both are sold through the site now, with the pro shop carrying them in-club from opening day.
Learning video editing to build the audience myself.
A club with no courts yet still needs a reason for people to care before opening day. I taught myself video editing to produce content for YouTube, and now run TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for the brand. Court previews, coaching clips, and behind-the-scenes build updates, all pointed at the same November 2026 opening date as the site's countdown. It's genuinely organic growth too, built through consistent posting rather than ad spend.
A club that can retain members, not just book them.
Alongside the brand and content work, launch planning includes connecting the club's day-to-day operations into one system rather than running bookings, membership, and marketing separately. The plan syncs player and booking data from Playtomic into a CRM, so every player has one record instead of data scattered across booking software, tills, and spreadsheets.
On top of that sit consent-based marketing journeys triggered by real activity: a welcome for new players, and a re-engagement message for anyone who hasn't booked in 90 or 180 days. Membership discounts apply automatically at the till, with no duplicate data entry, and a single view of how often someone plays and what they spend is there to guide coaching upsells and retention. It's the same CRM and marketing automation thinking behind my client projects, applied to my own club before it even opens.
A club with a brand and an audience, before it has a roof.
Los Dragos now has a live pre-launch site, a real identity with its own kit and racket line, and an active content presence building toward opening day. What began as a name on a couple of holiday shirts is now the front door for a padel club in Limassol. A register-your-interest list is already growing ahead of November 2026, with the CRM and booking system ready to switch on the moment the doors do.
